2013 Men’s Inner Club Tournament Descriptions
Kool Aid Kick-Off Open
Date: Saturday May 4th
Entry Fee: $25 per player. Food included,
Morning group after play, Afternoon group before play
Deadline: Thursday May 2nd @ 5:00 PM
Format : A, B, C, D Draw 1 Best Ball per Foursome 85% cap Stoke off course
2 birdie pools AB/CD
Any necessary decisions will be made by the tournament committee. These decisions are final.
Four Ball
Date: Qualifier May 11 th Play dates, May 12, 18, and 19. Rain date May 26th
You must be able to play all the listed dates
Entry Fee: $40 Per Player, Pick your own partner
Deadline: Sign up by Thursday May 9th @ 5:00 PM
Format: 85% handicap, two man teams, Match play, 85% cap then stoke off the low man. Low man plays as 0.
To Qualify: 85% handicap 2 man best balls, stroke off the course. Top 32 teams qualify. Top 16 make Championship bracket/name on board. Team 17-32 will go into the consolation flight/match play. Ties will be decided by matching of cards from the 1st hole.
NOTE: All score cards must be turned in. Net par for all holes that are unfinished.
Any necessary decisions will be made by the tournament committee. These decisions are final.
Bill Rogers Cup
Date: Saturday May 25th
Entry Fee : $5.00 Pay in Pro Shop day of Tournament.
Deadline: Sign up & play in your group
Format: Individual Medal, full Handicap, Triple Bogie Max

Date: Sunday May 26th

Gannon Cup Memorial Day
Date: Monday May 27th
Entry Fee: $25 per man. Buffet Breakfast Served,
Morning group after play, Afternoon group before play
Deadline: Friday May 24 th @ 5:00 PM
Format: A, B, C, D Drawn teams 2 Best Balls, 85% Handicap, stroke off course.
Prizes: Gross & Net prizes, 2 birdie pools AB/CD

Date: Sunday, June 16
Ouimet Scholarship Fund
Date: July 4th
Entry Fee: $25 per player
Deadline: Sunday, June 30th. @ 12pm
Format : 2 best balls 85% handicap A-A/B-B draw, 1 Best Ball C-C/D-D draw.
2 Flights, 2 Separate winners’ pools & birdie pools
Prizes: Team 2 divisions. 2 Birdie pools
Note: $10 donation will be made to the Quimet Scholarship Fund
Gannon Member Guest
Date: Saturday July 6th
Entry Fee: $170 per team 2 flights morning & afternoon, Dinner served
Deadline: Thursday July 5 th or when field is full. 120 players maximum per flight.
(This is a first paid first plays in the Tournament)
Format: Two man teams, 1 best ball 85% handicap. You must provide MGA or USGA ghin and handicap for your partner with proshop when you sign up. If not you will be put into the Calloway division. Max score is double bogey in all division
Prizes: Gross, Net & Calloway winners for each flight(Calloway: gross score dictates how many holes you remove from overall score) One Ding pool each flight. Closest to pins #6 &14 each flight.
Club Championship
Date: Qualifier -July 13th & 14 th Metal play(8) – July 20 th $21st
Entry Fee: $25 per player
Deadline: Thursday July 11 th @ 5:00 PM
Format: Qualifier gross stroke play, ties in Qualifier will play sudden death from the 1 st hole. Top 8 qualifiers play for the Championship.
Any necessary decisions will be made by the tournament committee. These decisions are final.
Net Club Championship
Date: Qualifier -July 13th & 14 th Metal play(8) – July 20 th $21st

Format: 2 Flights – Main (Open) 50 & Up, A Flight 60 & Up. 85% Handicap stoke off the course.. Play in your own group. Possible 4 somes for brackets if available
Prizes: Low gross & Low net

Happy Valley Silver Classic
Date: Aug 3rd & 4th Rain Date: Aug 11th must be able to play on Rain Date!
Entry Fee: $100 per player – pick your own partner
Deadline: Thursday August 1st @ 5:00 PM
Format : 2 man teams – 1 best ball per team 85% handicap. Minimum team handicap combined is 19. Handicaps used to qualify will be from revision on July 15th as qualifying team cap. Play by the August 1st posting. Sunday’s tee times will be seeded. Playoff will be sudden death format starting on the 1st hole.
Notes: This is for Gannon Men’s Inner club members. All new Gannon Inner Club Members by definition cannot play in this Tournament.

Happy Valley Gold Classic
Date: August 24 th & 25 th Rain Date :Sept 8 th must be able to play all dates
Entry Fee: $100 per player – pick your own partner
Deadline: Thursday, August 22nd @ 5:00 PM
Format: 2 man teams – 1 best ball per team, 50% handicap. Minimum team handicap combined is 11. Handicaps posted on August 1 st will be used as the qualifying team cap. Play by the August 15 th posting. Sunday’s tee times will be seeded. Playoff will be sudden death format starting on the 1 st hole.

Field Day/Election Day
Date: Sunday October 13th Two shotgun flights – Morning & Afternoon
Entry Fee: $20 and Dinner is included.
Deadline: Thursday October 10th @ 5:00 PM
Format: Points – Make your own foursome, singles can sign up in Pro Shop.
Prizes: Individual & Team prizes, Two ding pools (0-15 & 16 &up). Closest to the pins on all par 3’s AB/CD prizes.
Any necessary decisions will be made by the tournament committee. These decisions are final.
Danahy Four Man Scotch Open
Date: Saturday & Sunday Oct 19th & 20th
Entry Fee: $50 per player
Deadline: Thursday October 11 th @ 5:00 PM
Format: A, B, C, D Draw Scramble, 1 Best Ball per Foursome.
A player = 5 Drives
B player = 4 Drives
C player = 3 Drives
D player = 2 Drives
Note: No rain date, 1 day Tournament if there is a rain out.
